I fully support this blog.
I am a healthy, happy UK size 10-12. I battled anorexia when I was a young teen but can now see the error of my ways. This blog is not there to cause hatred or to make anyone feel unattractive, this blog is anti the pro-anorexic/bulimic blogs we see all over Tumblr. Unhealthy attitudes, towards eating, being displayed in such a positive manor is wrong.  Sharing “tips” on how to rapidly lose weight and how to hide your disorders from friends and family is so upsetting to see. Young men and women have enough pressure from the media for that so-called perfect body, we don’t need it from our peers as well. Body’s come naturally in all shapes and sizes, no one should ever have to conform to one size.
Eat a well balanced diet in regular meals, get plenty of exercise and don’t let anyone tell you you’re anything other than beautiful.
It wasn’t too late for me, don’t let it be too late for you.
